Storyline News from Brazil Andressa Felipin who is a member of the team of Second Language teachers (pictured below) has indicated how useful they are finding the books produced by Gisela Ehlers and her group for the Comenius Project “Creative Dialogues”. “This sharing can only be of great assistance to us,” she says,” and it will help us develop new ways to design our own teaching materials. So far we have been amazed at the children’s responses and this has motivated us to continue our Storyline work here in South Brazil."

O verbo to be equivale aos verbos ser e estar, em português. É importante destacar que, na língua inglesa, não há uma distinção entre ser e estar. Para citar um exemplo histórico; uma vez um deputado brasileiro disse: “Eu não sou deputado, eu estou deputado”; em português sabemos que ele quis dizer que não será deputado sempre, pois depende de ser eleito novamente, mas para um falante de inglês é muito difícil de entender isso. veja em http://www.colegioweb.com.br/ingles/verb-to-be.html
